Name's Joe. Played soccer since I was 5, ran xc in high school. I dig running. Striving for a healthy body and sound mind. Trying to get stronger, gain muscle, and become faster. I'm 5' 7 3/4". Been around 135lbs most of my adolescent/adult life. Would like to add a few pounds of solid muscle in the next few months.
