HERES A FUN POST

Picture on the left: Last week of May, 125lbs, unhealthy, depressed, and lazy as fuck.
Picture on the right: August 22, 117lbs, healthy, a lot happier, and continually active.

It’s incredible what a bad freshman year at college can do to you; you can get too comfortable in your skin, pick up bad habits from those around, and completely lose all sense of love you once had for your sport.
You know what’s ever more incredible? How quickly you can gain it all back. THIS IS THREE MONTHS of hard work, mess ups, lifting heavy shit and a good amount of crying. And the cool thing is that this is just the start; I’m not done yet.

I am so proud of how far I’ve come and how much I’ve changed as a person, both physically and mentally. I’m stronger, more confident, and SO much more healthier in the way my body is and the way I look at life.

Guys going, guys. If you’re not happy where you are, you need to realize that you’re not stuck like that; you can change. You can literally sculpt your own body, and I really don’t think there’s anything cooler than that xoxo

And resistance band work for rear delts and rhomboids .. Just straight hard work, clean eating, and nooooo roids 🙅🙅🙅. Oh and don’t mind the tape , protective measure for my erectors because they were super inflamed this week. Do what’s necessary.
